To help celebrate a very successful first year Chichester Marina have decided to give something back this festive season by inviting all its patrons to a Mulled Wine, Mince Pie and Christmas Cheer afternoon at the Marina on Saturday 15th December. Between 2pm & 4pm the wine and pies will be flowing as a way of celebrating the last 12 months and as a toast to the next.
It has been a fantastic year at Chichester marina, with over 270 happy boat owners using the marina and its facilities whatever the weather. Plans for 2013 are already under way and it looks like it’s going to be another incredible year. Who said 13 was an unlucky number?
In addition to the usual Christmas festivities on Saturday the 15th there will also be the ‘Great Thornham Bake Off.’ Inspired by the success of this summers TV show, ‘The Great British Bake Off,’ the team from Chichester Marina are testing out their mince pie making skills by going head to head in a bid to make the most tasty ones. Last years winner Jeanette will be back to defend her title although the secret about the bottle of brandy she used is out of the bag so she might have to find a new trick to sway the judges. We’re onto you!
Everyone is more than welcome to start the festive season in style, all we ask is that you give Courtney a quick call in the office to let her know you are coming so we can ensure there are more than enough Mince Pies to go around.
