Once upon a time in Switzerland, the Agile Academy was formed as part of M.C. Partners and Associates to run Agile Project Management courses publicly. They were targeted at everyone from beginners to experts and management to team members. They were hugely successful and businesses boasted of their expertise for miles around.
However after much research and developmental chats, earlier this year Agile decided to stop working this way. Not because they weren’t loved by their cliental but because they found a better way to make the Agile Project Management programme benefit businesses.
The Agile Academy were sad to end their public course but excited to get started with their new tailored in house courses. By working in real business with real teams the trainers the Agile Academy felt they could achieve so much more. The new training being rolled out meant that the Agile Academy could teach businesses all about Agile Project Management at times and in locations suitable to the business they were meeting. It also meant that they could discuss company’s specific needs with the people who they affect directly.
This new hands on approach means that teams can start to evolve the Agile project management system together, make it really work for them in their field. Clients still boast of the brilliance of their Agile Academy training and the team at Agile can’t wait to continue to make dreams come true in 2014.
