The beauty of the unconscious bias test is that it is accurate and revealing about a person, without the candidate realising how much information they are giving away about themselves.

What is bias?

Bias is a judgement that is made against someone before you know anything about them. This could be judging someone because of their gender, race, sexuality or the colour of their hair. The problem with most offenders is that they don’t even realise what kind of bias they’re giving and that’s when the problems will start if this person is in a senior position.
