Give your business a head start with Prezi

Now more than ever businesses are rushing to Prezi in an attempt to make their presentations stand out amongst a sea of competitors. Being able to engage with your audience more, have a big visual impact, and create a memorable experience are all easy to do when using Prezi to it’s fullest.

 

But how can you make sure everyone who presents in your business is using Prezi well, keeping their visuals on brand, and not delivering a horrible Death by Prezi experience?

 

How is it already done in your business?

My guess is that your business already uses PowerPoint slides, and probably has done for many years now. Being fed up with slides is probably what leads most new users to Prezi in the first place. But lets just take a look at how you use PowerPoint.

This may not be the case for everyone, but the sensible business users out there will have a set of predesigned slide templates and a master copy of a nicely designed and branded Ppt file that is always the starting point of every presentation.

If you have a big business with lots of people presenting then that’s a pretty sensible approach to take.

Branded Prezi templates

As one of Prezis official independent experts we regularly get approached by businesses across the globe asking how they can make sure people use Prezi well and don’t completely destroy their brand when doing so.

One such company was PES who specialise in HR and Employee Benefits. They already had an interest in Prezi Design, could see it’s potential, and had some very important presentations in the calendar that needed to be outstanding.
